DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT WITH ME?
Mats will be provided, please note that all mats are regularly wiped with anti septic wipes and all head cushions covers washed and dryed thoroughly.However if you would prefer to use your own mat please feel free to do so.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
At the moment we do not offer a diet plan, requirements differ so we do not believe in a one shoe fits all approach.
